Best Women’s Lacrosse Gear Backpacks
The following is the comparable list of the best women’s lacrosse gear backpacks:
Maverick Storm Lacrosse Bag
Key Features
| Position | Universal |
| Gender | Female | Year Released | 2023 |
I have got to say that Maverick knows how to nail both the accessory and equipment game. The Maverick Storm lacrosse backpack is a real standout with multiple color options. Released back in 2018, this medium-sized pack is built tough with heavy-duty fabric, and let me tell you, it is exactly what a female lacrosse player needs.
The layout is simple yet effective. With two main compartments – one at the front and one at the back – it has got all the space I need. The back compartment has a padded sleeve where I could easily slip in my 15.4” laptop. And let us not forget about the ventilated shoe compartment on the outside. It is spacious enough for all my gear and cleats. There is a handy stick holder and mesh water bottle carrier on the left side.
Now, you might look at this bag and think it is heavy, but trust me, it is surprisingly lightweight. The padded backside and straps make for a more comfy carry, and it strikes that perfect balance between rigid and flexible. With dimensions of 19” L x 14” W x 10” D, it holds its shape well. I liked the zippers. They are quite easy to handle.
After three months of solid use, those straps were still going strong with no signs of wear and tear. For me, the chest connectors were a good addition. No more slipping and sliding on my shoulders like with other backpacks lacking them.
But here is the thing, while it is great for women’s gear and equipment, it might not cut it for men’s lacrosse gear. And it is worth noting that while the fabric is tough enough to fend off dirt, it is not water-resistant. So, if you are caught in the rain, better pack an umbrella.
Pros
- Durable and Tough
- Great Value at $60
- Simplistic Design
- Ample Storage Compartments
- Lightweight
- Multiple Color Options
Cons
- No Water Resistance
- No Helmet Strap
Overtime Tie Dye Junior Lacrosse Backpack
Key Features
| Position | Universal |
| Gender | Female Juniors |
| Year Released | 2023 |
The Overtime Tie Dye Junior lacrosse backpack is hands down one of the coolest and most practical bags out there. Just looking at the vibrant dye job on this thing, you can practically feel the good vibes radiating from a Coldplay concert. Released in 2023, this medium-sized backpack is crafted from sturdy 600D Polyester, making it built to last and super user-friendly.
Measuring in at 18” L x 13” W x 9” D, the dimensions are just right. Inside, you have got one spacious main compartment that easily accommodates all my playing gear like goggles, mouthguard, cleats, gloves, jersey, you name it. The front zippered pocket was perfect for keeping my essentials like keys, phone, wallet, and snacks within easy reach.
Now, let us talk about the features. On the right side, there is a handy helmet strap, while the left side has a convenient side stick holder. The insulated water bottle storage keeps my drink cool for a good 4 hours on average. Just keep in mind that you can only carry one stick at a time due to the size of the loop.
The top handle and back straps are sturdy and comfy, with padding on the inside and a protective plastic lining on the outside to ensure they hold up over time. The padded back of the bag adds extra comfort for those long hauls. The zippers are strong and durable, I had no worries about them giving up on you.
But here is the thing I do wish they could have included. A padded laptop sleeve. In today’s data-driven world, it is pretty much a must-have for versatility. And while the bag stays put on your shoulders, some connector straps would have been a nice touch for added stability.
Overall, if you are into colorful designs and need a water-resistant, one-main-compartment bag, the Overtime Tie Dye Junior backpack is definitely worth checking out.
Pros
- Strong 600D Polyester
- Great Value at $50
- Durable and Water-Resistant
- Helmet Strap
- Insulated Bottle Storage
- Unique Dye Design
Cons
- No Connector Straps
- No Padded Laptop Sleeve
Brine Girl's Mini Lacrosse Backpack Bag
Key Features
| Position | Universal |
| Gender | Female |
| Year Released | 2023 |
The Brine’s Girl Mini lacrosse backpack is an absolute gem, especially if your junior is just getting started in lacrosse. Released in 2022, this scaled-down backpack made of heavy-duty fabric caught my eye right away. With dimensions of 20” L x 13” W x 7” D and available in four vibrant color variations, it is just perfect for the younger players.
I like how functional and lightweight this bag is for girls. The velcro side loops are a neat touch, they can securely hold a complete stick, which is super handy. There is one main compartment and a front zippered pocket, along with a side mesh wall perfect for small water bottles.
Now, do not be fooled by its size. This mini bag packs a punch in terms of utility. I managed to fit in a few lacrosse balls, mouth guard, goggles, and a couple of jerseys without feeling cramped. As for the front pocket, there is plenty of room for keys, wallet, and cell phone. One thing to note though, there is no padding on the inside.
The padded top handle and adjustable straps are a nice touch, providing comfort during carrying. Although I do think all bags should come with a padded back for extra comfort, this one does not. It is a small detail, but it can make a big difference in how comfortable it is for your kid to carry around.
While the heavy-duty fabric does a good job of keeping dirt at bay, it is not water-resistant. So, if you are out in the rain, you might want to take some precautions.
Overall, though, this is a fantastic bag for beginner lacrosse players who do not want to lug around something heavy or trek long distances. It is practical, functional, and perfect for everyday use.
Pros
- Versatile
- Heavy Duty Fabric
- Durable and Lightweight
- Neon Colors
Cons
- No Connector Straps
- No Padded Back
Brine Women's Lacrosse Equipment Stick Bag
Key Features
| Position | Universal |
| Gender | Unisex |
| Year Released | 2021 |
The Brine women’s lacrosse equipment stick bag fulfills my needs as an advanced player who is always on the move with my gear. Released in 2021, this full-length bag is a real winner, especially for those of us who travel frequently.
Measuring at 44” L x 12” W x 7” H, this bag is spacious and well-designed. With one main compartment, two side pockets, and a front zippered pocket, there is plenty of room for all my gear, including wet gear and cleats. The side pockets are spacious enough, perfect for stashing personal belongings and snacks.
The main compartment is the real deal. It effortlessly accommodates two complete sticks without any hassle or risk of damage. There is plenty of space for my clothes and other lacrosse equipment, I did not feel cramped with the storage at all.
As someone who frequently flies with my gear, this bag feels like a lifesaver. I did not have to worry about disassembling and reassembling my sticks. I can simply pack them up and go, stress-free.
Made from heavy-duty material, it is built to last. However, I do wish there were more color options. Currently, it only comes in a black and gray combo. That said, the two durable hand straps and a shoulder strap with a sliding silicon patch make it easy and comfortable to carry around.
The finishing and stitching give it a premium feel. But considering its premium price tag, I would have expected a plastic base to prevent it from getting dirty on the ground. Overall, It is durable, lightweight, and incredibly convenient. Perfect option if you are someone who needs to transport multiple complete sticks. It is definitely worth considering.
Pros
- Full-Length Bag
- Multiple Storage Options
- Premium Finish
- Airport Friendly
- Lightweight and Comfortable
Cons
- Only One Color Option
- No Plastic Base
Adrenaline Lacrosse Tac Day Pack
Key Features
| Position | Universal |
| Gender | Unisex |
| Year Released | 2021 |
The Adrenaline Lacrosse Tac Day Pack is a perfect companion for traveling and carrying around lacrosse equipment with ease. This backpack, released in 2021, is small, lightweight, and incredibly durable and is everything I need in a pack.
With dimensions of 18” L x 10” W x 5” D, it is compact yet surprisingly spacious. It boasts a main compartment, two side pockets, a front pocket, and even a stink pocket at the front bottom. By far, the roll-top design is the best feature for me. The side mesh storage easily holds my 1-liter water bottle.
Made with heavy-duty fabric, including sections of 600×600 PolyTaurpaulin, this backpack is built to last. I like the side zipper that allows me to access my jerseys and equipment without unrolling the top. The side stick loop is perfect for holding my complete lacrosse stick.
Inside, there is a padded sleeve compartment that comfortably fits my 15.4” laptop, a must-have for modern bags like this one. The addition of a stink pocket at the front bottom is genius, I did not have to worry about wet cleats causing a foul odor. The front bungee system is great for holding small items while on the move.
The padded straps and back panels make carrying this backpack comfortable and the connector straps ensure it stays stable on my shoulders. However, due to its smaller size, it cannot accommodate all of my advanced lacrosse equipment, especially since it is only 5” in depth.
Overall, this is an exceptionally strong and spacious bag.
Pros
- Versatile
- Ample Storage
- Sturdy Build
- Good Zippers
- Multiple Color Options
Cons
- Expensive at $88.99
- No Helmet Strap
Nike Zone Backpack
Key Features
| Position | Universal |
| Gender | Women |
| Year Released | 2023 |
The Nike Zone Backpack is quite impressive. Released in 2023, this medium-sized lacrosse bag is compact yet surprisingly spacious, it has been a utility-rich companion for carrying my gameday gear.
Measuring 20” L x 13” W x 8” H, the Nike Zone is well-designed with equal emphasis on pockets and straps. It features a main compartment, side pocket, front pocket, stink pocket, and mesh water bottle storage.
From personal experience, I can vouch for the main compartment’s capacity. It easily held two full sets of jerseys, a hoodie, game-day gear, and even a 17” notebook. The front pocket was roomy enough for my personal belongings, and I really liked the utility of the stink pocket. I did not have to worry about odor from wet cleats.
The side pocket on the left was perfect for snacks, and I liked the added strap hook on the front pocket for my helmet. It gave the bag a proper lacrosse player’s look. Of course, the stick strap loop was right where you would expect it to be, on the side.
While the design may seem minimalist, I can attest to its sturdy build with heavy-duty fabric. However, it is worth noting that it is not waterproof, so I had to be extra cautious on rainy days.
On the comfort side, the bag features a padded back and adjustable straps, which I found to be quite comfortable during long days. I liked the smooth and durable zippers throughout my time using the bag.
Overall, the Nike Zone Backpack is a durable and practical choice for carrying game-day gear. My only wish is that it had connector straps and more color options to choose from.
Pros
- Sturdy Build
- Great Value at $64.99
- Ample Storage
- Helmet and Stick Loops
- Stink Pocket
- Good Padding
Cons
- Limited Color Options
- No Connector Straps
Maverik LX Women's Lacrosse Starter Package
Key Features
| Position | Universal |
| Gender | Women |
| Year Released | 2022 |
The Maverik LX Women’s Lacrosse Starter Package is a fantastic set for youth lacrosse players looking to get started. This package, released in 2022, includes three essential items: a Cascade helmet, a complete lacrosse stick (options include Vertigo, Ascent Alloy, or Erupt ST), and a backpack.
While I would not dive into the specifics of the headgear and complete stick, I can assure you that they are the best gear with updated features perfect for youth players. All at a budget-friendly price.
The bag looks and feels premium, with a heavy-duty canvas material in a sleek grey color. Although Maverik has not disclosed the exact material, I can tell it is a high-quality canvas that is built to last. For storage, while it is not the most spacious backpack out there, it certainly gets the job done for youth players.
The main compartment easily accommodated my apparel and lacrosse equipment, while the front pocket held my personal belongings. I also liked the front bottom pocket where I could store my cleats, and the mesh water bottle carrier on the right side was a handy addition.
One thing I liked about the design was the placement of the hook straps for the helmet and the complete stick on the front. It is convenient and keeps everything securely in place.
The backpack has padded and adjustable back straps, along with two padded back panels for added comfort. Although I felt the entire back should have been padded, perhaps leaving the center unpadded was a design choice by Maverik.
With dimensions of 19” L x 13” W x 8” D, this medium-sized bag offers ample space. However, if you are an intermediate or advanced player with a lot of equipment, it may not fit everything you need.
Pros
- Sturdy Build
- Complete Package
- Looks Premium
- Water-repellent Canvas Fabric
- Spacious for Youth Players
Cons
- Limited Color Options
- No Side Pockets
All Purpose Lacrosse Backpack Bag
Key Features
| Position | Universal |
| Gender | Unisex |
| Year Released | 2018 |
The All Purpose Lacrosse backpack bag lives up to its name. Released in 2018, this is an almost complete lacrosse bag with a ton of color options to choose from. Having multiple color options along with the storage capacity is a deal maker for me.
Made with heavy-duty 600D Nylon material, this bag is built to last. It has two spacious main compartments where I can easily store all my lacrosse gear and game apparel. The ventilated front pocket keeps my wet cleats odorless.
One unique feature of this bag is the media pocket designed for cell phones. However, I did find that it is a bit small for modern phones like my 6.7” iPhone. It seems to fit best with 6” phones, so an upgrade in size could be beneficial.
The All Purpose backpack can hold two complete sticks. I liked the padded cord lock holder for the sticks. However, I did have a slight concern with this feature. While it is innovative, I find myself constantly checking to ensure my sticks are secure, unlike with regular stick loops where I simply pass the shaft through.
The bag’s padded straps and back provide comfort during extended wear, and the durable connector straps add stability. However, despite its dimensions of 20” L x 13” W x 10” D, I do think it could benefit from an external helmet strap to further increase its storage capacity.
Having said that, I think it is a great bag with ample durability and comfort to carry around. With some design updates, this might as well become one of the best lacrosse backpacks.
Pros
- Sturdy Build
- Great Value at $69.99
- Apple Storage
- Multiple Color Options
- Oversized Zippers
Cons
- No Helmet Strap
- Small Media Pocket
- No Water Bottle Carrier
Athletico Attack XXL Lacrosse Bag
Key Features
| Position | Universal |
| Gender | Unisex |
| Year Released | 2020 |
The Athletico Attack XXL Lacrosse bag has ample storage and versatility. Released in 2020, this bag has exceeded my expectations, especially when it comes to stability on the shoulders.
The Athletico Attack XXL Lacrosse bag is a multi-function bag with more than enough storage space. I would highly rate the stability of this bag. Released in 2020, the Athletico lacrosse bag can be used with other sports as well like hockey and football. By far, this bag has impressed me the most with its utility.
The main pocket is incredibly spacious and easily accommodates all my gameday gear like jerseys, facemasks, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, lacrosse balls, and goggles. I did not feel them congested or cramped in any sense. The front pocket was spacious enough for storing personal belongings and snacks.
I found the open side pockets on both sides to be very useful, and the front ventilated compartment was great for keeping my cleats and wet gear separate.
I liked the ability to carry two complete sticks and a helmet on the outside. Although I am not typically a fan of cord lock holders for sticks, this one kept my sticks secure and stable.
But the most impressive feature for me was the fence hook. I believe all lacrosse bags should come with this feature. With the fence hook, I could easily attach my bag to the fence during games, keeping it clean and accessible.
The air mesh padded straps and back of the bag added to its comfort. I also liked the addition of the sternum strap and hip belt. No matter how much weight I was carrying, the bag stayed comfortably on my shoulders.
This bag is a complete deal with a friendly price tag.
EVOSHIELD Lacrosse Duffle Bag
Key Features
| Position | Universal |
| Gender | Unisex |
| Year Released | 2022 |
Duffle bags have always been my go-to choice for their convenience and the EvoShield Lacrosse bag is no exception. Released in 2022, this bag is visually appealing and packed with utility features that have made me decide to keep it for the long haul. Its dimensions are 30” L x 15” W x 12” D, providing ample space for all my gear.
I have often struggled with carrying heavier lacrosse equipment in backpacks, but with the EvoShield bag, that stress is a thing of the past. Now, I can easily carry spare gear and backup equipment without worrying about weight endurance or capacity.
The main compartment of the EvoShield Lacrosse duffle bag is spacious and durable. I was able to fit my apparel, helmet, arm guard, shoulder pads, and even some lacrosse balls in there comfortably.
The vented side compartment was spacious enough to hold my wet cleats and gear. Next to the vented compartment, there’s a side slit where I placed two complete sticks. There are three accessory pockets in total – two on the front side and one on the backside, perfect for keeping smaller gear and personal belongings organized. The bag also features a mesh water carrier.
There are a couple of things that I like the most about this bag. The first one is the neat finishing of the bag. The second is the waterproof bottom. However, I think it would have been even better if they included a plastic base to keep the bag off the ground and protect it from dirt.
The shoulder strap with a swivel speed clip easily adjusts to my carrying style, and the bag even came with a decoration panel for the main compartment. Although I did not find much utility in the panel, it adds a nice touch for those who appreciate decoration.
I was initially concerned about the airport checking process, but I did not face any issues. I do recommend disassembling the sticks to avoid any potential damage during travel.
If you are like me, a lacrosse player who needs to carry spare equipment and backup sticks without worrying about weight, then this Nylon-Polyester duffle bag from EvoShield is definitely worth considering.
Pros
- Versatile
- Sturdy Build
- Ample Storage
- Holds Two Sticks
- Waterproof Bottom
- Attractive Design
Cons
- Limited Color Options
- No Plastic Bag Base
