Furthermore, the shaft easily absorbed checks without transferring the impact to my hands. I easily cradled ground balls in traffic without feeling bogged down by their weight. 

Despite weighing 6.0 oz, it didn’t cause any tiredness. Due to the alloy core, there’s some flex to it, providing a bit of snap-on shots. Although it was not enough to disrupt my shots or passes, I noticed that it sometimes delayed the faster passes.

Moreover, the carbon layers designed with lined texture gave me a strong grip. It didn’t feel slippery even while playing in the rain. The octagonal shape with deep groves makes it reliable for holding the ground ball against defenders.

Unlike the rubberized star grip of Warrior Burn, this one has smooth ribs over the length. Although the texture is aggressive, it didn’t cause wear and tear on my gloves.

The alloy carbon is also printed in the middle of the shaft over its extreme concave octagonal shape. I think they are trying to market the new durable material, which is not very attractive but looks fine.
